Food flashback
This is something I made back in the summer of 2025. It's a cornbread chili casserole. I used canned chili (lazy I know), topped it with cheese before adding a layer of cornbread batter and baking it in the oven. It turned out great and my mom even liked it.

Protein Pancake Bowl
One of my favorite things I meal prepped so far. Since it's whole grain the texture is kind of like cornbread. I love it! I added sugar-free syrup on top after reheating 😊.
