The All Grain A-22 is a beast, it mills finer and cooler than popular models like Komo and Mockmill and can run all day. It retails for $1250 but old ones come up on eBay for $200 regularly, really a hidden gem in the home/small bakery milling niche.

For the first time i tried to made it by myself, turns out into soft and fluffy bread. Thanks to my mom for the guidance, she's the best mentor 😍

It's also mark my first time to explore further about culinary or food world. 

Don't be afraid to try something new and break your limit. If you face the failure, keep trying and always believe in yourself. At the end of the day you'll achieve it.
