Trying food styling

Even though I am not a strict vegetarian myself for a couple of years now, but I noticed that when I filter “vegetarians” here, I see way more attractive guys🥹
Just wonder is that a “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” thing or it is a real fact..

Thoughts on vegetarians

Looking for inspiration for cooking more with Tofu, tempeh and seitan. Anyone have any favourite meals etc

A very easy recipe 
You need 
Split Chick peas /split peigeon pea(1 cup)
Water (3 cup )
Turmeric powder (1tsp)
Salt(apt)
Ghee(2 table spoon)
Cumin seed
Onion( skip if you dont use them ) 
Garlic( skip if u dont use them)
Tomatoes ( 2 pieces ) 
Green chilies(  depends how spicy u want to make) 
Ginger 
Red chilie powder (skip if you using more than 3 chilies)
Coriender powder 
Mustord seed
Dreid red chillies
Asafietida
Corinder leves( for grashening) 
Lemon 

Rinse the lentils until water become clear 
Add th rinsed lentil , water , turmeric ,and salt in presuure cooker for 10 or more  minute to lentils soft.
Take a seperate pan , add ghee  . Put the cumin seed and let them crackle 
Add cliced onion and garlic to pan and cook them untill golden brown
Now put tomatoes , green chillies and ginger (sliced ) and cook until oil begins to sperate from the mixtures.
Now por the cooke  lentil into pan and mix them 
Add red chillies powder, corinder powder  na salt to taste. And let it cook for a few minutes. 
After cooking let it cool down a bit
Meanwhile prepare our tadka .
Heat ghee in a small bowl or pan , add the dried red chilies, cumin seed mustard seed and asa foedita) once they start to pop por the mixture carfully over daal .
 Garnish with chopped  coriender leveas and squeeze a lemon . 
Serve with rice or roti.. 
Voila ...

Ever tried making tadka dal?( Pardon my english )

This just daunt on me. (Is daunt a real word).I have never eaten out with a pack of vegetarians. Do vegetarian food going packs even exist. Imagine how cool it woud be going to a chinese restaurant with a heap of other vegetarians. How cool would it be sharing a heap of plates and not be restrained to like 2 dishes.
