Today I made chicken breast curry with carrots, onions, sugar snap peas, and peppers… I tried a few changes from my normal method.
What is the name of this food in your place? I call it risoles ragout. It's filled with eggs, chicken/beef, carrots, potatoes, flour, and milk. It's coated in breadcrumbs before frying, leaving it soft on the inside.
