Made myself a Sunday Dinner

Used sweet potato chunks to make a mash with butter, sausages, honey roasted parsnips (little too roasted as a friend knocked whilst cooking), baby carrots, green beans, broccoli 🥦, Yorkshire puddingsss and gravy made with beef granules, veg water, mint sauce 😋

I made a light chicken broth with chicken bouillon, baby tomatoes, corn, carrots and boiled that with the noodles for 3 minutes.
