What’s your favourite meal?

I’m interested in hearing people’s favourite foods! I’m from Ireland and my favourite food has to be a spicebag! It’s salt and chillie shredded chicken and chips in a bag with veg, it’s so amazing it’s like Chinese food.

Gardening

I used to market garden and preserve a majority of all my own fruits, grains, and veg. I'd love to get back to the land someday. Here is a picture of one summer harvest of garlic, mostly Music variety, but a few spicy little Russian types as well.

Made myself a Sunday Dinner

Used sweet potato chunks to make a mash with butter, sausages, honey roasted parsnips (little too roasted as a friend knocked whilst cooking), baby carrots, green beans, broccoli 🥦, Yorkshire puddingsss and gravy made with beef granules, veg water, mint sauce 😋
