What’s your favourite meal?

I’m interested in hearing people’s favourite foods! I’m from Ireland and my favourite food has to be a spicebag! It’s salt and chillie shredded chicken and chips in a bag with veg, it’s so amazing it’s like Chinese food.

Made myself a Sunday Dinner

Used sweet potato chunks to make a mash with butter, sausages, honey roasted parsnips (little too roasted as a friend knocked whilst cooking), baby carrots, green beans, broccoli 🥦, Yorkshire puddingsss and gravy made with beef granules, veg water, mint sauce 😋

Korean beef, stir fry veg, cucumber salad and super cute dessert steam buns

MEATSAUCE PART DEUX

Simmemed the meat and veg in a variety of liquids (stock, milk. Tomato paste and crushed tomatoes) and then got the happy meat sauce. Mixed ups rosemary parmesan seasoned bechamel and made a lasagne!
