Made myself a Sunday Dinner

Used sweet potato chunks to make a mash with butter, sausages, honey roasted parsnips (little too roasted as a friend knocked whilst cooking), baby carrots, green beans, broccoli 🥦, Yorkshire puddingsss and gravy made with beef granules, veg water, mint sauce 😋

Loads of veg, egg fried rice and much spice for tea

Egg fried rice- packet microwave (own brand so cheaper than chips for a healthier ish option) Fried spinach, mixed sliced peppers, red onion, garlic, chilli paste, spicy mayo, cajun seasoning, black pepper, hot chilli honey 🍯

Soups and stews are my therapy

Making broth from scratch to assembly and garnish. The universe always delivers the opportunity to make soup whenever I need to veg out and feel better. Something I did a few years ago at an old place. Carbonnade with some Potato Croquettes.
