Good morning Late breakfast, early lunch Indonesian Sayur Asem (Sour Soup)

Sayur Asem or vegetable sour soup made from long bean, corn, cabbage, tomato, kedondong leaves, tamarind, shallot, garlic, galangal, a pinch of salt and sugar, chicken bouillon powder, water. Corn Fritters Pindang fish (small mackerel) Spicy sambal. Delicious with full of Vitamin C❤️ (edited)

Comfort food 🍽️ I made Steamed Stuffed Cabbage Rolls 🥬

Ukrainian/Georgian food for lunch, and Middle Eastern food and tea in the evening

Pickled herring, meat borscht, adjarian khachapuri, chicken schnitzel, meat cabbage roll, honey cake at the Ukranian spot. Saffron Karak chai, Yemeni puffs and beef mutabak at the Middle Eastern spot. Everything was delicious! (edited)

Made a dish with shrimp paste which smells vile 🤢.

Might taste decent since I used regular old cabbage, chicken ham, gochujang, a bit of janogold apple, but I'm unable to taste it because of the intensity of the scent while it's still hot. Salad

Spring mix .. multiple types lettuce, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, black and green olives, cheese, boiled eg, bacon bits, croutons and honey French dressing. Yum (edited)
