Made dinner for the sis in law and myself. Salad: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, carrots, feta, tuna, and homemade dressing. Rice noodles, spicy oven baked salmon, and sweet potato fries. The lighting in this kitchen is so bright π

The results. Not much but itβs something at least. . Started from seeds inside . Was expecting a lot more tomatoes π lettuce π₯¬. So much for that idea. Will miss the gardening experience . A nice hobby .

I got to share this with all of you, if you have a pack of pancake mix and put some chia seeds, flaxseeds and ground nuts it's freaking great for your sandwich.. Beef steak with salt, black pepper, paprika, ginger, turmeric, and a little lemon at the end. Some lettuce, carrot, and tomato too, to respect the vegetarians, which is not very important, but because I am on a diet, I need fiber and micronutrients.
