Broccoli Community

With this dish I ended two rabbits with one gochujang 😉!

Now I'm certain that even if you don't know how to cook meat and not to make it as tough as a shoe sole just use gochujang. I don't know the magic behind it but it did its job. Honey lemon and garlic chicken thighs

Marinaded Chicken thighs, with a chicken rice, steamed broccoli and carrots, with a honey and lemon chicken sauce.

Dinner tonight

Sorry for not posting for awhile, tonight's dinner was Salmon, mash, onion and mushroom gravy with tenderstem broccoli (extra was added after the picture 🤣🤣)

Made myself a Sunday Dinner

Used sweet potato chunks to make a mash with butter, sausages, honey roasted parsnips (little too roasted as a friend knocked whilst cooking), baby carrots, green beans, broccoli 🥦, Yorkshire puddingsss and gravy made with beef granules, veg water, mint sauce 😋

Baked Broccoli and Feta Pasta

Made yesterday and will be made again for the next few days 🤤. Chicken or fish would be a nice protein source to add to it .
