Sorry for not posting for awhile, tonight's dinner was Salmon, mash, onion and mushroom gravy with tenderstem broccoli (extra was added after the picture 🤣🤣)

Baked Broccoli and Feta Pasta

Made yesterday and will be made again for the next few days 🤤. Chicken or fish would be a nice protein source to add to it .

Miso gochujang braised chicken, steamed broccoli and kimchi. Fruit bowl (pineapple, Hami melon, orange flesh honeydew, strawberries, blueberries and gold kiwis)

Chicken, broccoli, bell peppers and lime rice in a spicy balsamic vinegar sauce. Oh and corn chips and blue tea.
