Recipe:
White potato 🥔 washed, not pilled
Cut to quarters, cover them with olive oil, grinded black pepper, salt, Rosemary and Thyme. Put in a lre heated ovan for 25-30 min at 200c.
Bon Appetit! 
Recommended to dip it in Tahini sauce. Crispy outside, super soft inside.
