Stuffed peppers with truffle chedder cheese

Dukes hot and spicy is not very good

I like the texture but it's not very spicy and there's something almost gasoline like in the smell and taste However I do like that they actually chop peppers into the mixture instead of using a powder

As a last supper I went with about 4lbs of meatloaf filled with all kinds of peppers, onions & garlic. For the sides I went with homemade mashed potatoes with roasted garlic, a brown gravy and steamed california medley veggies! Viva la respect and gratitude!! ^-^ Rawr!

Buffalo ranch chicken and peppers on garlic naan with spinach and homemade garlic basil chips with blue tea. A naaco, if you will. ~ Fuel for shoveling this snow.
