Getting back into it

I enjoy cooking. Lately have been doing it more and more. This was steak tips, sautéed peppers, with salad base and jalapeño crema. What’s something you enjoyed cooking recently

Quick Dinner No. 129-26

Chicken, radishes, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and lions mane in little garlic chili dressing and butterfly pea flower Tang.

Dinner tonight

Mango jerked chicken, pickled yellow sweet peppers with roasted garlic and tomatoes along with beef and herb rice.

planting season

feeling sad that i wasn’t able to plant some tomatoes and peppers this year. but, here’s my tomato from the end of last season 😊

Coming In Hot Prawns

This dish we made using homemade hot sauce made from peppers we grew, some of the hottest in the world. A relatively healthy brunch.

Dely meat, pickled gherkins, bell peppers (not the biggest fan, but they were cheaper per kilogram than my favorite tomatoes), hummus with additives like the dried tomatoes and stuff, everything else you can clearly see. A pretty delicious and filling sandwich. (edited)
