Chicken of the woods

So this is the chicken of the woods mushroom I foraged, marinated, and baked. It tastes like chicken! I'll probably add this to pasta, and do "chicken" and spinach penne with maybe a mushroom alfredo sauce? (edited)

Homemade Spanakopita

I made it the kinda lazy way. Just laid out a layer of a phyllo dough sheet on the bottom, brushed with butter, then put a ricotta and herbed feta cheese/ spinach mixture in the center, doubled phyllo on top then drizzled olive oil across the top and baked on 350 for half an hr. Flaky goodness 😋

Fresh apples walnuts cranberries figs with parm on a bed of spinach and kale. Pairs with multiple dressing and take out the greens to put on granola for a morning boost

Ok, now that's cooking :

Tortellini with spinach and ricotta, with broccoli/carrots/green beans/cauliflower in cream sauce with a little bit of nutmeg 😋
