Quick Dinner No. 31-26

Chicken, bell peppers, baby spinach and egg noodles in a garlic chili sauce.

Late tea

Chicken noodles, fried spinach in butter and garlic and chilli paste with a little drizzle of honey and black pepper 🌶

Stuffed Shells

Ground chicken, caramelized onions, spinach, and I made a Italian herb blend of goat cheese and cream cheese. It was phenomenal.

Loads of veg, egg fried rice and much spice for tea

Egg fried rice- packet microwave (own brand so cheaper than chips for a healthier ish option) Fried spinach, mixed sliced peppers, red onion, garlic, chilli paste, spicy mayo, cajun seasoning, black pepper, hot chilli honey 🍯

Idk what I made but it was a make shift vodka sauce rigatoni pasta with spinach and shrimp. (edited)
