Air fried fish with homemade spinach and artichoke dip and homemade Tzatziki and a side of tartar sauce with pita chips and regular chips with a vanilla protein iced coffee homemade (edited)

Quick Lunch No. 144-26

Chicken, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, bell peppers, shallot and brown rice in a garlic chili sauce with mochaccino ghost chili bites stuffed with chocolate sea salt cream cheese.

Protein spinach pasta

Sauce is made out of paneer.

The "Everyday" Breakfast

Dark rye sourdough (pan-fried), fried eggs, and spinach satuéd in garlic oil. Would eat bacon everyday too if I could 😅
