In jest it to me is a very toxic situation. I am afraid to tell someone important like the landlord or the police because I'm afraid they won't do much. I mean all in all I want to be ok. I have the front door to my apartment bolted shut to where it clicks as well as the bottom lock to my apartment front door locked also. The sliding glass door is locked shut, the window in my bedroom is locked shut and my bedroom door is locked shut too. So it is secure in standard but I'm still scared. I think a large number of people in my complex are addicts and alcoholics and have weapons. I wonder how secure with all the safety measures is my apartment given what security measures I took to feel safe. Can someone break in given that the front door is locked both the top and bottom lock until it clicks on the top lock? What else can I do? Will the cops come if something drastic happens? Thanks. I am freaked out where I live. I'm tired of feeling like I don't belong just because I have severe mental illness. I want connection with others who can lift my spirits and cause me less grief. People around me I feel whom live around me I feel are dangerous. I want to move but don't have funds.

Perks of working at home

I moved house three weeks ago, and had no furniture. I've filled the place with budget Amazon stuff, but waited for the boxing day sales to grab a deal on a sofa :-).
