How did parenting change you?

For me it made me realize a side of responsibility I had never known. I seemed to lack a certain care for myself, I never cared so much for routine...but all that changed after having kids. I needed to think about the future more, take self care more seriously, implement routines.

Balloon surgeon was not an expected job title

Being the oldest of seven, I expected a lot of weird jobs and responsibilities being a parent. ... being asked and begged to save birthday balloons well past their 'prime' was absolutely not something I expected. 😐

Parents aren't super hero..

As a father of a teenager, you are bound to deal with dumbass things as you go.....like your daughter waiting 2 days to let me know her wallet with EVERYTHING she has went missing. Thankfully it was at a hot-pot place we went to......lets just say she didn't get off easy for this 😡

A gift to my daughter

I decided to finally give my daughter grandmas kimono that she got from her time in Japan. Whether or not it's actually real it's a memory from her childhood that she loved most. Seeing grandma with it on, my daughter loved the “dress” she called it then. Haha well now she can wear it 🥰
