being put on a wait-list is bogus. I had enough of Illinois trying to move out of Illinois but I tried everything I could.

On Valentine's Day I partook in my local habitat for humanity build.

I took part in a habitat for humanity build. It was fun and interesting. We were doing siding. Has anyone else done habitat for humanity? Either as a lot of a college club like me or as a volunteer?

So I'm ineligible to own a 2 room flexi in a mature estate.

Duh. So i try again when a decent non mature estate pops up or if I decide a Resale. Who knows I end up owning a house in my 40s
