When you're meant to be awake for the next 14 hours but they try overfeed you and send you into a food coma. They wanted to give me 2 plates (one for the rice and one for the cottage pie) 🤯 Got a couple of small bowls, instead.. one for now and one for 3am 😅
Proof that we shouldn't always try to cook things we find online. This pineapple chicken recipe, was one of the worst dishes I have ever eaten, not to mention it looks like a naked chicken poppin' a squat on a pineapple toilet seat. Thankfully I had a backup cottage pie cooked. (edited)

A beautiful view from the cottage. Although the summers seems to have been pretty short in Finland , it's the peace in these quiet place where away from the city crowd you enjoy living .
The gravy seemed to bubble over this time never happened before but I usually pipe the potatoes I was lazy this time and just dumped ‘em and spread it like icing a cake
Making some delicious egg bites. It’s got the cheddar, cottage cheese (doesn’t change the flavor surprisingly), green pepper, Thai chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, sirloin steak, oh and egg obviously.
Made it with beef today for some family. I prefer lamb, though… still looking for a vegetarian friendly version that’s legume free 🐷 In the air fryer because it’s summer and I don’t want to turn on my oven 😭

I was definitely begrudgingly persuaded by my server to try this and they were right. It was amazing! The cheesecake literally melted in my mouth. I think it was a whipped cheese cake with cream cheese, marscapone, and either cottage or ricotta.
