Gutter drain spout clearing.
After several years of watching my French drains backup and overflow from heavy rain, I finally took everything apart and cleared their paths. Also, using a leaf blower to clean gutters is super cathartic. Happy thanksgiving!

Homeowner adventures
First time rebuilding a fence section and a gate. Took about two hours from the start of tearing the old one down to having the new one up and complete. Nice to have a project that goes smoothly the whole way through! This is on one of my rental properties rather than my personal home.
