Turkey Time

It's cold outside so I decided to make a turkey. I am gonna use this for a Turkey Pot Pie and Birria Tacos. This bird was in a brime for 18 hours and it came out juicy and moist. I was honestly surprised I was able to make it considering my kitchen size and limited pan selection.
