First DIY job of the new year. Had to get a bit creative to work around the severed stud in the wall, but pleased overall with the result. Will paint again when the weather gets warmer.

Got the water closet framed out, the door hung, the electrical run, and the insulation up. Hopefully I have power coming in tomorrow. Then it’s time for the walls to go up and the lights and ceiling. With any luck, I should be able to finish this by end of January.
