Socializing is tiring

As someone who never contact colleagues out of working. Never contacted other students if not for assignment. Don't talk about my days to family if it ia not for responsibilities. Normal aocializing is tiring and draining. What do you mean I sleep 5 hours and feel depressed after an interaction.
