I've always loved the morning sky. It always feels so peaceful to me. Knowing that most of the world is still asleep, and only a few of us are looking at this. It's comforting.

I think I'm developing insomnia or something... Why am I wide awake at 1:00 a.m. almost every single night? I just can't seem to fall asleep. Has anyone else experienced this? What helped you get your sleep back?
