Thoughts on new school anime vs older school anime?

I think older school anime has a lot more grit and originality in comparison to the newer school counterpart. Everything seems so congested in terms of what's being produced and put out.

Even bleach tybw tho great is a prime example of the rushed efforts of this era of production. Their studio Pierrot however announced they're going to make a production team that'll be focused on producing high quality content like movies
