been doing a walking challenge based on #lordoftherings for about 2 years now . just about done this week.

Gym freak

Balancing is the most difficult training single leg hip thrusts. Flexing my non-trained hip compresses and increases my intraabdominal pressure when the benefit of training single leg is using less weight to avoid pressurisation. Worth a 2nd chance.

Progress has been slow with definition, and I am now stuck at the 155lbs-160lbs weight but I'm not complaining. I'm pretty happy with the progress and how I look these days.

I used to be *very* into fitness. I taught group fitness at the university for 10 or so years, taught an academic indoor cycling class, spent many many years in the gym lifting, & competed in four bodybuilding shows (in the bikini division 👙✨) .

❣️This was my posing routine for the last show that I did. ❣️

✨❕I’ll have to make another post to show the entire routine, since the file size is too large.❕✨

✨❕Also, I know that it’s a bit hard to see. It’s really challenging to get videos/pictures with phones, because the stage lights have to be so bright. I can post some of the professional pictures at some point, since they are wayyyyy better quality.❕✨

🩱Teal/Green suit was my first show, & ❤️red suit was my 4th/last (1st picture).

🩵Blue suit was my second show, & ❤️red was my 4th/last (2nd picture).

💜Purple suit was my third show, & ❤️red was my 4th/last (3rd picture).

My final show (red suit ❤️) was definitely my peak. 

❣️I worked *incredibly* hard over the years to get to that point. & no, I do not look like this now, lol.❣️

✨Bouldering, 1st time (1/2)✨

I am absolutely bragging about my progress 'cause I'm proud! I picked up the "it's not an option" mindset. 
4 days a week, max 1.5 hours (if I'm slow), results actually happened... My flabbers have been gasted 😭🎉
