The woman who was responding to the American speaker was as they would call her a hag or something (don't try talking in English to working class middle-aged simply dressed person).

Her response was hilarious 🤣. A lot of the working class people who are very simple, not that put together and work jobs such as cleaning stuff in grocery stores, in Bazaar and other places that doesn't require any higher education don't know how to speak English.
