They told me I could play anything so I chose a long hair cat sorcerer

I DIDN'T ASK TO JOIN YOUR D&D GROUP. 🙄🐈‍⬛ I simply manifested. Cats do that. You should feel honored. Naturally, I had to create my own character: a ridiculously fluffy, Maine Coon-inspired longhair cat with soul-piercing purple eyes, a wardrobe more expensive than your entire adventuring… read more

My Paladin era (or cleric, or Eldritch Knight). But now I'm into cloth melee classes like wizard, sorcerer, warlock because of the robes of the Archmagi

Max ❤️

Will the sorcerer 💙

I went to a local game shop to try to find a group.

It took a lot for me. Things like this are very difficult, but I managed to get there and was able to just... stand around, listening to the people playing. There was Pathfinder and D&D and I figure that I'd try D&D as it's the most well known tabletop. I did play something AGES ago with a group… read more

Favorite class and why?

As a forever DM, I personally love playing as a sorcerer due to having the freedom of Modifying most of your spells to the situation at hand, you're only limited by how much you can think outside of the box. Not to mention the build variety. Im also a big fan of the whole "power within" "inner… read more

Sorcerer (1977)

A must-watch thriller that's engrossing from start to finish. Merciless, vividly real, and masterfully executed. 💯 The amount of effort that went into making it must have been enormous. An actual 10/10, the less you know going in, the better. Seriously, watch this movie!

More characters for work

It’s always interesting trying to interpret the kids at work’s ideas for their characters. So going clockwise from the top left we’ve got a tiefling archer, a Dragonborn Sorcerer, a Simic Hybrid wizard (it was the easiest way to do all the chimera of animal abilities he wanted), an eleven dampire… read more

Anyone ever DMed three olayers who have multiclassed and had someone multiclass into ranger, cleric and sorcerer? Haha Any crazy multiclass builds you have seen in DnD?

Sorcerer (1977)

Friedkin's Sorcerer had me at the edge of my seat. It's like Das Boot, very intense.

Spell Descriptions

In a recent session for one of my fortnightly games,, my DM complimented me on how I go about describing how my character casts a spell. This is due to how Liam O'Brien did it for Caleb Widogast for Critical Role's second campaign, The Mighty Nein. It would be very easy of me to just go "I cast… read more

Lore heavy banner and I’m here for it

I love the lore in NU Carnival man. Need some dungeon ideas

I'm writing a dungeon for my party where each room has something different going on in it. Some rooms are serious, like a forgotten church to Lolth. Some rooms are abstract, like having cyan-colored carpeting for no reason. Some rooms are goofy, like a breakdancing marble golem that makes rock… read more

What's your favorite D&D class?

My favorite Dungeons and Dragons class is the Sorcerer. I love how versatile they are, able to adapt to any situation with their magical abilities. What makes playing a Sorcerer so enjoyable for me is that it allows me to be creative and think outside the box.

Well...DM is frustrated

Sorcerer can create a prison box of sorts. Nothing in nothing out and forms and stays the size of the foe until released. As a druid I can shape anyone into a smaller creature. . I rolled a nat 20 on turning the bbeg into a chicken. . He rolled 19+ on his spell. . The DM did not think I was funny… read more
