A favorite at Chinese-American buffets. Stuffed with a mix of crab meat and imitation crab, cream cheese, onions, brunoise carrots, green onion, baby bok choy, soy sauce, and other spices. Folded in egg roll wrap that I had left over (Traditionally Wonton wraps are used).
