I didn't want to engage with this cat's actual psycho owner so instead of allowing her to go have a walk around the communal flat foyer I gave her my work jacket to enjoy.
After the situation that was the fault of a security guard I will have to f****** wake up at 4:00 a.m. on the 18th of this month just to send a message to my direct boss explaining a possible bad review on the store and why it happened. Happy me, you can actually feel my sarcasm.
