The joys of being an head chef is cooking an new menu for my customers and it makes you feel amazing when they love the food and give you positive feed back. That what the long hours are about.

Knives

One of my newest additions to my collection. Not a bad knife 🔪 but as a workhorse knife it’s not as good. Blade is too light and the steel is too soft. I’ll have to get a new one soon

Cook looking for Singles
