Chicken, baby spinach, bell peppers, avocado, shallot, radishes and lime rice in a tangy buffalo soy sauce with truffle cheddar grated over the top and orange juice with coke.

Manchester, anyone?

Any recommendations on where to stay at when I'm in Manchester? (looking for a place near Heywood but still able to enjoy cafes, parks, museums). I'm open to experience the local pub as well, if any ladies / gents want to hang. I'm just having a coke though, as I don't drink ☺️🫶🏼
