Picked up an Indonesian cookbook last week and had a go at Chicken Satay. Marinated overnight in kecap manis and lime, and then fried today. Greek Lasagna

Bit of a learning experience. If I would do anything different I'd double the recipe for the bachamel sauce since it turned out thinner than I wanted. Used the recipe from the cookbook "Christos Cooks!", by Christos Mavronas. (edited)
