A damn good old movie( made in 1974) that's a highly underrated Tom Skerritt acting role..Big Bad Mama

A movie role that William Shatner and Tom Skerritt don't get really get enough credit for their performances. The sequel to Big Bad Mama that came out in 1987 was also good but had two different female actresses playing the daughters. Here's the premise of the movie: Set in 1932 during the… (edited) read more

Film #140 L.A. Confidential (1997)

Neo-Noir Crime Thriller Another gem from the 90s. It's funny how far behind is Russell Crowe in the poster since he was a relatively new and somewhat chubby actor while Spacey was at his peak. Of course, Crowe's talent, his charming smile and time changed everything. My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (edited)

My Role Models

I'm looking forward to applying for their position when I get older 🥸. Who's with me? I need a partner in crime 🤔 #hecklers (edited)

Film #154 Mississippi Burning (1988)

Historical Crime Thriller Somewhat distorted story but what a great cinematography and performances by the three heavyweights: Hackman, Young Dafoe, and F. Mcdormand My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Film #133 Munich (2005)

Historical Crime Drama Usually I despise and avoid propaganda films, especially those that glorify Israel system but I could make am exception for this one since I like Eric Bana as an actor and the film is well-made by Spielberg. My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Film #131 Snatch (2000)

Crime Comedy 26 years it's been and this film is still such a kick ass! Not a single boring scene. Witty dialogues and humor from the back alleys of London. "London. You know: fish, chips, cup 'tea, 'real bad weather, 'barry white, 'london underground, 'joblot. Mind you, that's 'men 'o 'the… (edited) read more

Clayface Review

Ok… i genuinely did try my best to think of something that I didn’t like about Clayface and the only thing is that they might or might not have killed off Sal Moroni (a big crime boss in dc but not as big as falcone) the music choices for scenes were beautiful, Gotham looked just as i imagined her,… read more

Film #152 American Gangster (2007)

Gangster Crime Drama Usually Denzel overwhelms and dominates his co-actors in scenes but in this one Crowe went toe to toe. Too bad Crowe gained so much weight and now reduced to secondary characters. My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ (edited)
