I do agree not all men, and the men who fall under 'not all men' do agree when women when they say 'always a man'. 

If you argue otherwise, you are trying to be 'not all men'

Also, ik that even women are capable of being inhumane but statistically speaking, that's rare af and we gotta talk about that, but let's speak according to order of statistics.

The problem with the law is all the laws you keep making more trying to legislate an entirely gray world into black amd white all crime comes down to three basic tenements stealing assault or murder if you want a real system of crime and punishment you would have only those 3 laws and judges and juries would hear each case on a case by case basis you want to put the fate of criminals into the hands of judges and juries then do it let them hear the cases as the individual cases they are and let them determine severity and proper punishment other wise its all just a 3 ring circus and is not fair or just you claim DNA is the standard the science of DNA says that each and every human being is a unique genetic being so treat the crimes by these unique genetic beings with the same uniqueness this makes a fair criminal justice system the current one is utter nonsense

Ive been watching this show about missing people on this Roku channel and a common theme with it is when the families of these missing adults get worried and call the police the police make excuses and tell the families to wait weeks or months why what else does a missing persons unit have to do so what if its an adult get off your ass and look if they are fine and dont want to be found then let them tell you that in person so you can then relay to the family they are fine they just dont want to talk to you but at least you as police officers who are supposed SERVE AND PROTECT did your job why do you have to be contacted by the media or wait until so much time has passed that any trail is long cold you are a missing persons unit not a sit around and wait until it becomes a homicide unit but thats what you do enough is enough do your damn job maybe you are underpaid I think you are I wish you got paid what you deserve but you are all we have and people are disappearing at an alarming rate and your success rate of finding missing people is not good enough for you to pick and choose wich cases you want to pursue with vigor you need to pursue them all like its your own family member missing if you want to be paid like pros act like pros and find these people or find out what happened to many open cases to be this lackadaisacle

The largest criminal enterprise in human history is human trafficking its bigger than drugs bigger than bootlegging or illegal gambling ever was that means if some thing like drugs or one of those other major criminal enterprises ever touched your family or didnt human trafficking is its penetrated every level of society you ask how is it possible if you need to ask how it works then you are uninformed and you had better educate yourself because 1800 people go missing every day and it could just be a matter of time before some one you care about is one of them and do you really want to be playing catch up if that happens this reprehensible crime is happening every where and most of you dont even understand it you think it happens miles away in bad parts of poor countries but its not its happening in mainstream society on main street usa it doesnt discriminate it wants and strikes the ignorant and the unvigilant every where because no one is immune to it any one has value in the slave trade because its not just sex that brings in money its migrant workers its cleaning and domestic workers its any job that needs done if they can own the one doing it thats free income don't you get it its not just pretty young women everyone is vulnerable and no one seems to care they get smarter and richer and bribe and buy more officials every day of the week and most of you are clueless something needs to change because these people violate the creators most solemn promise that you are each and every one of you born with free will and an inquisitive mind and they are enemies of this that is God's law written in the very fabric of creation and those that violate that are pure evil make no mistake now what are you going to do about it

He’s my second longest tenured employee and probably my second best performing employee but I caught him stealing company property (bags in the picture). It wasn’t anything particularly expensive but it was clearly malicious. 

He’s since apologized and I’ve taken him off our schedule for the week but he was caught in a way that was basically in front of the whole team and I’m not too sure how I should handle it. Part of me wants to suspend him, another part wants to fire him outright. This is his only job and the longest job he’s ever had so I know either decision will be devastating. 

What would you do? Thanks in advance.
