Currently Rereading this dark fantasy

I used to prefer a crime serial killer genre over this but now I think I'm loving this especially after reading the first novel of the series. It's different with the movie version.

There is absolutely no scientific or phonetic reason for the alphabets to be in the order that it is. Its just a random sequence of shapes and sounds, yet if someone messes up the order, it feels like a crime against humanity.
