I have been catching up on campaign four and I need more friends to talk about it with, as well as finally listening to the mighty nein campaign!

I watched the wedding one shot, and it was so beautiful. I ended up in tears. So many beautiful speeches. The vows. They were meaningful; had power.

All I have ever wanted is to have people who want to do the same for me. When I got married, no one wanted to make a speech. When I got engaged last year, despite my partner at the time knowing well in advance that I needed him to lead up to it with why he wanted to marry me, only asked "will you marry me?" Didn't lead up to it (I only needed a couple of sentences), didn't even say he loved me or my name. And he got angry at me for being hurt by that (which I didn't tell him at the time, but after our trip). This apparently led to our eventual breakup. He's the one that wanted to get married. 

I don't want to settle for anything less anymore. I want Gambit level obsession and respect. Gomez Addams level. If I ever let someone in again, I need them to be able to articulate to me (or at least try) how much I mean to them. I need someone who is capable and willing to match my energy.

Personally it's not really as watchable to me as D&D is. While the combat seems a lot simpler, the downtime for repairing and resting takes way too long imo. If c4 was daggerheart I might not watch it

(oop, bold start, i know, hear me out-)
i really miss campaign 2

maybe it's because i started watching it while it was close to being done, so it felt like the story was more cohesive vs waiting for the rest of it each week, 

maybe it's the simple bias of having started with campaign 2 so i love it so much because it's the first one i watched and theres a sense of nostalgia to it?

i feel like maybe campaign 3 got to ruidus issues too quickly, and we've seen less shenanigans, like campaign 2 was more 'hey we're messing around and taking random quests and oh wow we're actually getting somewhere and its all linked' whereas campaign 3 felt very 'ruidus is the big boss and we're all heading there already'?

im not saying campaign 2 is better, i actually took a liking to the characters in campaign 3 way quicker than the ones in c2 (bc they were all a-holes at the beginning lmao), i just wanna hear what other ppl who've watched both think about it! 

(i also havent seen c1 (i tried but couldnt get thru the beginning, orion was making me uncomfy and the sound quality was making it difficult to follow the story) but if you have any thoughts on that lmk!)

Tried asking this for the 4 sided dive stuff but it never came up. If you could make your own EXU spinoff what would it be? Hard to top Calamity but I would love a Darktow series, or to see what A? was from the end of C2

I love each and every one of the characters in campaign 3 but curious what other people's favorites might be and why they're their favorite. Personality I love chetney the most just because of the pure humor that he brings to the group. Never a dull moment with him around
