Last year my brother and I did The Crater Lake Rim in under 4 hours -It took us about 3 hours and 6 minutes to complete with an average speed of 11mph. Fast-forward to this year, we didn't cut that time in half, but we improved. Our average speed bumped to 13mph, and my brother was able to compete the loop twice, and I was able to ride the 20 miles back to our camp.
