Obviously not healthy regardless even ignoring specifics like weed or tobacco, inhaling smokes unhealthy. That being said building in the lungs feels like its be easier to cough out upside down. Then again besides acting like a vampire idk why anyone would smoke upside down plus flame going relatively downwards sounds annoying.

Just something to think about utterly useless. I mean a more useful dumb idea is sleeping with one of those pj's with the flap and keeping it open while repeatedly sleeping in semi cold temp would body fat be prioritized there over other areas. Can only really loose fat uniformly thus beggs the question if you can at least control or force the body to put the fat where you want it. No clue think i heard lumberjacks have more back fat but idk...
