How do you keep it together? How do you stay strong? How do you handle the problems? Tried ignoring their problems and complains to teach them a lesson but I can’t ignore the fact that they are suffering. While I am here, working overseas, living comfortably. Idk what to do anymore.

Grandparents who play favorites

Has anyone grown up with this? Did it affect you much? Did you wish your parents had done more about it? Asking because my mother was doing that with my kids (among other things). Just wondering if cutting contact with her was meaningful in the long run or not really a big deal.

There are relationships that don't need many words, meeting each other and laughing as if we never grew up 🥰
