I love the ending of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, the romance with Ed and Winry tho I would go another series that explores the adventure around the world they are taking and more Ed and Winry romance. (edited)

One thing I love about FMA is its cast of complex and memorable characters! Who are your favorites? If I had to pick just one, it would be Alphonse. He looks a little scary, but he's got the personality of a teddy bear. As his brother Edward put it, he's kindness in a can!
