Pre-inflation

Government insists on having a weaker dollar. America has an entitlement issue....low skill, high pay, no wage growth. The accumulation of wealth comes exponentially, not linearly and even experienced investors/traders aren't running their data logarithmically. It should be alarming at how many… read more

I'm working on a world building project based around the concept of wagon trains like those that crossed the west. Currently I'm building a list of rules and conditions a wagon party might have set down. So far I've got versions of limits placed on gambling, drinking and how the sick and dead are… read more

Thought of the day

Dating isn't for the faint of heart. Its like gambling. In gambling, you can win or lose, but if you can’t handle the losses, then you shouldn’t gamble. In the same way, being on the internet is going to be fun, but there's going to be haters. If you can't handle the haters, you shouldn't be on the… read more

I want to find a gambling man who will do crazy things with me or something that makes you step out of your comfort zone.

I had a deep conversation with a man about having children. He asked for my honest opinion, and I answered openly. He kept asking questions, and I explained my thoughts in detail...

I explained to him that I believe people should only have children when they are truly ready in every aspect physically, mentally, financially, emotionally, and environmentally. Physical readiness, to me, is not just about being healthy, but also about considering serious inherited diseases or… read more

Cypher is unquestionably a villain, cause you never betray your crew. That. Being. Said. A Question...

I've recently been into poker (like Texas Holdem the kind you see on TV.) And I really enjoy the mental games and studying the game and just the overall experience in general. Why I like people who game

In my experience, people who game tend to retain their sense of "childlike wonder" at the world and their sense of silly fun. I think gamers tend to be better able to cope with burnout and life throwing weird things their way, or being forced to learn and improvise suddenly when they'd otherwise be… read more

Characters I like, Pt 4: Rumia Uru from Kakegurui

So Rumia is in one episode in season 2 of Kakegurui (Kakegurui XX.) She is the host and administrator of "The Greater Good Game." She doesn't have any more speaking lines after this and I think she only has one other background shot where she pops up briefly. So why her? She has a unique voice… read more
