Indian Cultural Festival at my place, and of course I had to get some henna done because I’m such a big fan of it! 💅💅 Also got myself some pani puri! What makes this one special is that it comes with yogurt and pomegranate seeds. Such a unique combo and sooo good! 😋😋

we have as Arabs—especially among Nubians in Egypt—is the custom of writing the groom’s name as part of the henna decoration. I love this ritual so much, and I admired how he looks at it with appreciation and how impressed he is by its beauty.

Tht snake was similar to a henna design found on pinterest, got my tattooist to customize it. 222 needs a touchup, alchemist was added some time after. No doubt they all have spiritual significance/meaning.
