I'm too Mexican for international market

Things I did "right": ✔️ private university ✔️ master's degree ✔️ more courses than I can count (self-funded, obviously) ✔️ 10 years of actual design work Things that happened anyway: ✖️ in Mexico: senior work, junior pay ✖️ abroad: "love your profile, but…" Yes, I want to move. Inktober - day 21

The topic was: "hero". What makes someone a hero? People, who become heroes, often don't have any intention of doing so. Mo from "Inkheart" (Yes, I know, he's supposed to be older, sorry:) ) Have you read this trilogy?

Question of the day

If you were the main character in your own anime. Would you be the hero who lives long enough to be the villain? Or the villain who lives long enough to be the hero?

Looking for Player 2 (and friends!)

Hi, hi! I'm looking for a Player 2 who would love to spend time with me as well as new gaming friends or even someone to watch anime with! I play a little of everything, but lately I've been into co-op, survival crafting, hero shooters, RTS, and goofy indie games! I'm always open to trying… read more

Romance & Masculinity

As I talk big game in my yet-to-be-finished Bio, I thought I'd best provide a real-life example of what Romance and Masculinity mean to me and the role they play in my life. The point I am hoping to get across is that, for me, romance, to be a romantic, is a way of life, connected directly with… (edited) read more

What we're fighting for

She could run away It's so easy She told herself it's better to leave before getting hurt Before she falls more Before she would be fragile and lose her virgin heart But he was still there She choked on her tears He was still standing, waiting, with kind eyes and a sad smile He knew He knew she was… read more

Damn that was accurate…

I’m going to be honest… before this app I didn’t know what an ENFJ was. I looked at my profile and saw Hero type and I was confused because I saw all this relatable stuff written down and I was like… “I didn’t put this here, who wrote this stuff about me and how do they know me so well?” I just… read more

Marvel Rivals: Good or Boring?

With Marvel Rivals getting close to its one-year mark, it feels like the right time to be honest. Is the game still genuinely fun and exciting, or has it started to feel repetitive and boring over time? Do the updates, hero balance, and gameplay keep things fresh, or is the hype fading? What’s your… read more

If I could have a chance to choose my own character, I would like to be my story hero, like this...

My

Hero, my friend, my brother, my herooo

Today, I’d love for men to be seen and understood too.

We want to be accepted as different. We don’t always think and feel, or communicate the same as you. And we need that to simply be ok. We want variety. Not a variety of women but the different women within you. Friend. Confidante. Lover. The woman who sometimes lets go and surrenders. And we want… read more
