So I'm watching this new horror movie, Obsession, and....I don't want that. Not even a little. No obsession, no "lack of self" infatuation, none of that. I want a partner (eventually), another person, not another me or part of me. This movie is freaky as hell. 😬

I still want to see this movie in theaters and it's going to be the very first movie of this franchise that I'll be able to see in theaters since I was too young when the other 5 movies came out, some of which came out before I was born and I was born on August 17th, 2002.

Any horror films or series suggestions that aren't too ghostly (ie The Grudge) and not too gory (ie Human Centipede)? I lean more towards something like Midnight Mass for the monster effect and The Haunting of Hillhouse that's more thought-provoking.
