5Can We Change Our Type?
What is your experience? I see clearly how I have gone through life as an unhealthy Type 4, but I also see how I'm changing, especially thanks to IFS therapy. Is this the shift from unhealthy to healthy Type 4, or could we grow into an altogether different type?
