Hey... can anyone tell me the best romantic K-drama?

**My Royal Nemesis – 6.5/10**
Spoiler alert!!

I really liked the time-travel concept in this drama. Early on, I found it confusing how Seo-Ri was once a famous child actress, only to lose all of her talent, and then suddenly become an exceptional actress again after the main character returned. Later, the drama revealed that they had actually swapped bodies when Seo-Ri was in a life-and-death situation as a child. That twist made everything click. The Seo-Ri from the past didn't know how to act, which explains why her career declined, while the original Seo-Ri naturally regained her acting ability after returning.

Unfortunately, most of the supporting characters felt like they were only there to fill the cast. They rarely had any meaningful impact on the story or its progression. I wish they had been given stronger roles or more involvement because it would have made the world feel much richer.

My biggest issue was the ending. When Seo-Ri chose to return to the past to save the Grand Prince so that Se-Gye could continue to exist, I expected that sacrifice to have permanent consequences. The drama built up the idea that she wouldn't be able to come back, making her decision emotionally powerful. However, she eventually returned to the present without any proper explanation or established mechanism. It felt like the writers simply forced a happy ending instead of earning it. If there had been hints earlier that returning was possible, or if they had found a more creative solution, it would have been much more satisfying. Personally, I think the ending would have been stronger if she had truly been unable to return.

Another point that lost its impact was the countdown that constantly reminded Seo-Ri she would eventually be forced back to the past. It created tension in their relationship for a while, but that conflict was brushed aside and ultimately didn't amount to much.

I also wish the historical storyline had been explored more. Several important plot points were introduced but never fully explained. For example, the poison Seo-Ri was initially forced to drink, the true circumstances behind the Grand Prince's death, and the court lady who seemed to hate Seo-Ri for no clear reason all felt underdeveloped. These unanswered questions made parts of the story feel incomplete.

Overall, I enjoyed the concept and some of the twists, but I think the drama missed opportunities to expand its supporting cast, strengthen the historical plot, and deliver a more meaningful ending. It had the potential to be much better, but the execution held it back.

I dunno if I missed something but that's as far as I remember when watching the show

Saturday Afternoon Movie.

I finished weak hero today. (maybe that's why I'm a bit absent here sorry) After teach you a lesson, this was more of a roller coaster feelings whise. Maybe cause my oldest one is/was  around that age. I happy his school time wasn't like this. I cried at the end, it was a beautiful ending.

Romcom drama of the year!!!!! It's refreshing seeing FL and ML where both had a temper. And Cha Se Gye, you have meet your match! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I recommend my friends to watch it but she's not into fantasy. She's more to slice of life genre so she doesn't understand the concept of soul swapping, reincarnation, transmigration and regression.

She watched it but she doesn't understand why the character were back and forth between past and present😅

Are love exists? When watching kdramas , it looks like everything real, but reality so different. Noone care about other human hobbies, health etc etc. we living in capitalism world when anything are doesn’t matter except your ego.

This Korean drama has made me realize, I would 💯 be okay with having a virtual (AI) boyfriend because it really is that hard to find a real life boyfriend. 

I know I'm not the only one who finds modern dating difficult and the fantasy of finding the perfect unicorn comes easy to find in this drama. This drama makes you want to live in the dream instead of reality.

Oh wow! I think the way the FL sent her grandmother off during her final moment is so heartwarming and touching. The grandmother is definitely passing on with good feelings and with a heart so full. Such a tribute.
