I'm currently soaking 16 different beans overnight, but is it bad that I'm really excited to cook with Lard and Smoked Ham Necks for the 1st time tomorrow?! Also, making my own ham stock for the soup for the 2nd time tonight. I think this will be the best Ham and Bean soup ever! (edited)
