Can you switch your dream while dreaming?

Are you a lucid dreamer?

Has anyone tried to astral travel? What is your experience?                                                                                               I want to be able to astral project consciously, not randomly and once in a while without my control, as we all do apparently.                                                                          But the closest I have got so far, was recently, when I "dreamt" that I was astral traveling!! 😅. In the dream, I was flying around like a bird, entering some houses, and hiding so that they don't see me!! But I don't think people can see you when you are astral traveling.
