For the 2nd week in a row I've run a 5k on Wednesday. Still takes me about 31 mins but considering I have Asthma, and I could barely finish a mile in under 10 minutes last year I feel pretty proud of myself. Consistently doing my first mile in under 8 minutes as well. Working on my endurance.
