Everyone always has their so called expert opinions on this, but let's talk cold hard facts. Some people have a basic need for oxytocin and relaxing in the form of feeling safe. You can feel safe in the arms of someone who wants to mutually cuddle with you. Bro why is it so hard with humans. I am… read more

Society can say what it wants

But babies have the cutest cheeks and the cutest voices. I absolutely love babies. You cannot get oxytocin in more of a dose than when you touch a baby cheek.

I really don't like Skinship but...

Did you know that a twenty second hug releases the bonding hormone and neurotransmitter oxytocin, which is nature’s antidepressant and antianxiety.

About Men's Emotions

Our society has this idea that men shouldn't express their emotions, which is one of the most hurtful things for a person. Feeling shame, sorrow, fear, anxiety and anger are just as human emotions, as are feelings of joy and pleasure. All of our emotions are a natural signal of our nervous system… read more

An interesting fact ❤️

Humans need 4 hugs for survival, 8 for maintenance, and 12 for growth. Hugs can reduce stress, boost oxytocin (the "love hormone"), and improve cardiovascular health 🤍 But where can you get at least one hug if you don't have a partner? When you have a partner, it's a lot easier 🥲 (edited)

Why I believe love ❤️ is real.

Feel free to debate this. But let's debate this with logic and reason please. People sometimes say love is “just chemicals.” Yes, our brains release hormones like dopamine and oxytocin, but reducing love to that misses the bigger picture. In the animal kingdom, survival is simple: the strongest… read more
