I recommend anything splash damage this includes the hellfire hornet and some maliwan pistols and snipers the unkempt Harold obviously also the baby maker SMG and rocket launchers and legendary grenades. For max damage a grenadier class mod +6 steady for grenade damage which anything splash gets!

Since the new CSM codex is out in its glory and now the cultists have only auto pistols and brutal assault weapons, I thought of getting a rather good shooty but still squishy squad to compensate the nerf the cultists got.

Wargear and Holsters

I've got a lot of Heavy Intercessor units that come with pistol holsters for the models. I don't like the looks of the pistol holster on the model, but I have pistols in my wargear. I know usually you play what's equipped. That said. Do I have to attach the holster to the model to use the pistol?
