Having a hard time with Scenario 11, the Japanese Prefecture zoo.

How do you run it without going bankrupt? I made it to silver on hard mode before I hit the negatives. And where are you supposed to put each species? It seems like they all have a place, or most of them. I’ve restarted 6 times. Help! (edited)
