Red Robin

A flash of fire on feathered wing, He perches high to rise and sing. His song, a thread of morning gold, Weaves warmth through branches, brave and bold. No crown he wears, no court, no throne, Yet all the woods are his alone. With every note, the stillness bends The robin comes, and sorrow ends.
