What’s an underrated green flag in a relationship?

When stressed I get heart/chest tightness and shooting pain throughout my back and chest ( close to a heart attack ) but not a heart attack....plus headaches. So question : what do you do to calm down fast or stop yourself from stressing all together ( what calms you down ?? )
